Dhangadhi Airport (IATA code: DHI) is a domestic airport located 10 km north of Dhangadhi town serving Kailali district, Sudurpashchim Pradesh district.
Dhangadhi Airport serves Rara Airport, Doti Airport, Bajura Airport, Bajhang Airport and Baitadi Airport. Some commercial helicopters are operated from Dhangadhi Airport to Khaptad National Park.
Pokhara Airport (IATA: PKR) is situated in the Kaski District, Gandaki Province. Pokhara is one of the most popular tourist destination of Nepal and situated 200 km far west from capital city, Kathmandu. This airport serves as main gateway for the pilgrims and the tourists to travel the famous religious place, Muktinath, Jomsom and Annapurna Round Trek as well. The Pokhara valley itself offers picturesque looks of Machhapuchhre, Annapurna and Dhaulagiri Mountain, beautiful lakes like Phewa, Rupa and Begnas and deep gorges, falls and caves.
It is the second busiest airport after Tribhuvan International Airport. The scheduled and chartered flights to Jomsom, Bhairahawa,Bharatpur and Manang airport and vicinity areas are being operated by ultraflights for recreational and sight-seeing and helicopter for commercial charted and rescue purpose flights. The airport is located at the close proximity to the Pokhara city.
The Pokhara International Aiport (PIA) is planning to operate an international flight from Nepali New Year (2079) which falls on the second week of April, 2022.

The Nepalko Sathi association set up a community garden in Gontala in 2017. This garden is not only intended to produce vegetables and fruits, but also to train the population in permaculture, mainly women, in order to achieve allotment gardens.
