Bus stations in Afghanistan

The public transport network is expanding. Buses run regularly between Jalalabad and Peshawar in Pakistan. Similarly, between Herat and Mashad in Iran.
In the country, it is common to travel in collective taxis of all types, which do not have a meter. Ask for the price before you go.

New roads connect Kabul to Kandahar and Mazar-i-sharif, each journey takes about 5 hours.
